MY TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
Education is a simple and complex equation in which 50 percent is provided by instructor (teaching) and the other 50 percent is supplied by the learners (in learning ) without this symbiosis education must not take place. Learning is an autonomous journey anyone is meant to take and shape his/her knowledge, in a successful learning situation, pupils will achieve learning outcomes and will develop new competencies, they can eventually employ at work. The importance of education tells us that we must value education as our life. Education means a lot in everyone's life as it facilitates our learning, knowledge and skills. It completely changes our mind and personality and helps us to attain the positive attitudes.
At the end of my lesson , i would like my student to have develop all sort of competencies to became excellent teaching professionals and to satisfied their goals. Teaching philosophy is the key to a education, by paying attention to a learners lower level needs, such as love, belongings and esteem issues. I set the stage for learners to have a foundation for  success and maturity. I believe that a learner must feel the freedom to do so. In my classroom i will provide the theater to explore to experiment , to fail and to try again.
The ideal learners comes from my class with the knowledge of how to solve a problem themselves. My learners often hears me when i say”google it” this means use all your resources to solve your own problem before asking a teacher for help. If you teach someone information, they will learn for a day and they will learn  for a lifetime. I want my learners to become life long learners ,the best way for me to grow as a teacher is to continue to work on myself .I must make sure that my lower level of needs are met in order to the best teacher possible. i must strive each day to be the best person i can ,i will successfully navigate the teaching arena (practices).
My emphasis  as an educator would be supporting and caring for the young impressible minds of these individuals in  which they need to learn the basic fundamental of life and social surroundings.a purpose of being a teacher is to be able to teach any individuals is to work on critical thinking, problem solving, writing and social skills.teaching the basic fundamental will allow learners to continue their education successfully.every educator is equipped with the fundamental to mentor a learner that desire the need to be educated.
All learners can learn,I believe it is the matter of how a teacher is willing to do for his/her learners. My role as a teacher is to teach learners the required expectations for their grade and the skills to become a better citizen not only in his/her community but in the world. As a teacher i follow my teaching philosophy which is broken down into four categories, the foundation, classroom environment, differentiation and interpersonal. All students deserve a caring, compassionate, teacher who is considered of their of their diverse needs while equitably holding them to high expectations, one who challenges all learners to shine their brightest to includes requiring at-risk to be recognized and valued, understood, to the greatest extent possible encouraged to rise to their greatest potential and taught  with passion with passion commitment and love.
Someone else is happy with less than what you have,my philosophy of life is that if we make up our mind what we are going to off our lives, then work hard toward that  goal we never lose somehow we win out. There more you do thing it is the more you can, there more you want to do things is the more you do it right.
Foundation phase students like the benefits of being an educators working with younger children's comparing  with teenagers. Some student choose teaching because they were encouraged by their mentors and family members.as an educator what i must do and not do i must treat all learners fair and those who are disabled must get special care, kindness.I must not bully a child who is physical challenged  because i am fine and i will make the other kids to call him/her in that name that i might be using,i must not beat that kind of child, i must love them as my child because one day i must have them as mine god will punish me and those learners need to be educated.
Everyone has a right to education even if he/she is old, ugly, poor, rich there is nothing important than education,we are teacher in the department of education not home affairs.those who are coming from a poor back ground, coming to school hungry must be given something to eat for example breakfast, and eat at school so that after school they must given something to eat with their parents, we must love our communed in such a manner that we must teach them and they must come back to help our new Born's and those who are young .The is that say which says what comes around comes back around.
What i procure as a foundation phase teacher,is fury wont makes me prosper in life i must be kind and recall that what i am doing today in a learner is not  only for a parent but for us all, and the bad things i will be doing for the kids today will affect us all in the near future of the learner. Every child deserve a better education to be something in the near future, extra support, and one who addresses the desire within all, especially the undeserved.
I have found that learning from learners is one of the most rewarding aspects of teaching. While offering learners the benefits of my knowledge and experience in my discipline, I encourage them to use that knowledge as a starting point for developing their own approaches to reading and writing and i strive to indicate my willingness to revise my views and learn from my students' discoveries. I believe that much receptivity fosters an atmosphere of mutual respect that is beneficial to teaching and learning. Learners suggestions regarding my methods of instruction are also invaluable to me in improving the effectiveness of my teaching. For me, therefore teaching is much a process of learning as of instructing.

WEBLOGS AS AN EMERGING GENRE IN HIGHER EDUCATION.

WEBLOGS AS AN EMERGING GENRE IN                              HIGHER EDUCATION.

Weblogs are genres that support the creation of an autobiographical internet presence and development of  a critical intellectual voice. A blog is an internet application  tool that is a modern version of diary entries presented in chronological format , which  provides a platform for development of critical , Individuals voices and options within the context of internet resources and it consists of hyperlinks to other internet sources.Weblogs can be used for entertainment or academic. Weblogs have become regarded as a valuable genre in higher education contexts because of its relevance to particular topics and themes.

Weblogs serves an important roles in the approaches towards knowledge and language acquisition of many individuals, the weblogs improves the comprehension of students. The weblog format helps to organize the readers online experience which can helps students struggling to blog. Weblogs production and consumption can help students place various emergency hypertext variations with media in media ecology. They may also stimulate students interest in larger notions of the social construction of information as well as presentation of self, individuality and critical comments. Weblogs discourages plagiarism by making it less active. however its also provides useful antidote  to classroom problems concerning plagiarism and can be used to stimulate discussions on matters.

Its allows web students to legitimately use their favorite source of information, the internet makes use of their skills for the purposes of the program, its increases the students, motivation to take an active part in the learning process  since blogging is fun and interesting. Through the use of comments and other forms of feedback its develops critical thinking and the appropriate ways to put it into writing. Weblogs can be improved and introduced to students in order to make the meaningful tool for students by using this web as a place of submitting assignments and extra works. Students must be exposed to weblogs before heading to higher education in their  different institutions. The students must be given tasks to publish their creative writings and drawings just to adapt in blogs. Sharing different stories and writing will improve their English grammar, Submitting work or assignments online encourages students to research their work and deliver quality work full of good or better language. Students will be exposed to more reading and commenting to others work will improves their vocabulary.

My experience with weblogs is its was not my choice  as a student to use or submit work on weblogs, i started blogging while i was doing my 1st year and its was for academic  purposes. My experience was bad at first i hated the idea of submitting work online my problem was, its was my first time to use a computer typing academical stuffs that all students will see and comment on what i have written. I never thought that weblog can be used for academic purpose, as a submission corner for assignments, discussion, tasks and everything. I am happy that i now see that weblogs can be used for anything either socializing, for academical purposes and i can type and blog without being helped.

FANTASTIC MR FOX

FANTASTIC MR FOX MOVIE REVIEW

Deep in the woods near the three farms,  the  chicken farm  ,  the Duck farm and    the Turkey/apple farm, under the tree where Mr fox ,Mrs fox  and their four children live.Mr fox is in the habit of stealing food for himself and his family from the farmers Boggis , Bunce and Bean. But all the three of them were about as nasty and mean as any men you could meet, Resenting Mr Fox’s thefts , they join forces to kill  him. First they lie in wait outside his den and manage to wound him  his tail then they  begin digging to catch him and his family , first with shovels and then with machines. Finally they decided to starve him out but that when Mr Fox gets a brilliant idea of of digging further the tunnel acquiring food from the farmers.

The book only weighed eighty pages and so which is pretty light source material when you are to create a ninety minutes features film. The movie starts at a moment in the time before Mr  Fox and Mrs  Fox  stealing. In the book we are introduced to Mr, Mr, the four kids and the three farmers meanwhile in the movie they also add the cousins and the neighbours. In the book Mrs Fox act as if she does not like the stealing parts of Mr Fox whereas in the movie she knows everything about where the food comes from.Mrs Fox is pregnant in the movie we never get that in the book. She is Mrs fox throughout the the film , not only given a name Felicity something that is absent from the book. In the book Mr Fox only serves his family by relying on digging tunnel directly to the store of the farmers whereas  in the film animals are balanced between something that need to controlled in order  to maintain their safety.

My favourite part is when the children of the woods create a song describing the three farmers. Boggis, Bunce and Bean one fat, one short and one lean. These horrible crooks so different in looks were nonetheless equally mean.the time when Mr fox brings backs lots of stolen foods and shares with the whole animal kingdom. The part that was least effective is when the three farmers dig up the fox den by shovels and machines. I would recommend this book to any animal lovers and give it a big star because there could have been a more  action. I would like to read more about this story maybe Mr Fox is getting into a fight and scary the farmers away.

ICT  BARRIERS IN SA EDUCATION

There are many ICT barriers in South african education, especially in rural areas.Students lack ICT information and background.

Most of  schools which  are situated in rural areas does not have access to computers either electricity. Some schools have them but not enough to cover all students. sometimes learners are not allowed to use the computers whereas they are meant for them.

OTHER ICT  BARRIERS

*Limited resources
*Poverty, crime and drug abuse
*Lack of knowledge and skills
*Lack of qualified ICT teachers
*Crowded classrooms

my school where i am from there were computers and they were donated by vodacom millionaires, the school principal once told us that if anyone of us is willing to learn them, he or she must pay a certain amount, because of my background my parent failed to pay that fee. i never got that opportunity  to learn computer at my secondary levels neither primary levels .As foundation phase teachers we must have the knowledge ,skills and support our learners needs, in order to be used to technology. We must teach them what they suppose to know for   their bright future ahead .

MY FINAL SCHOOL YEAR AT NJEYEZA SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL

My final school year at njeyeza senior secondary school in Mpumalanga Province
I am addressed as Dlamini Nosipho Dineo. I completed my matric at Njeyeza senior secondary school in the of 2013.

This school is situated at a village called Schoemansdal section B in the Nkomazi Municipality under Shongwe mission. My school is located a distance away from Malelane town almost close to Matsamo Plaza. My town is a rural area where capital is needed to industrialize and the area has limited resources meaning it is  a under developing area. A large number of people depend on industrial for example agriculture, farming, fishing and livestock . They took education  as a no purpose only a waste of time and money.

I achieved seven  (7) subjects as follows:
English first additional language
Siswati Home language
Mathematical literacy
Geography
Life sciences
Life orientation
Agricultural sciences

Out of all the seven subjects i passed, i got enjoyment from one subject which is life sciences for the reason that my science teacher( Mr Mabuza) used to teach us using the overhead projector especially when he was teaching the Human evolution lesson. The school have computer centers but you learn them by paying a certain amount of money so that you can participate, whereas those computers belongs to us as learners. The using of projector was like  something new to my life because of there were no laptops neither internet cafe. In that point science lessons helped me to be a better person and i passed with flying colours today i am a student TEC siyabuswa campus, i appreciate the effort and contributions of my former teachers especially my science teacher.
